"Bashneft" has concluded a contract with Sistema on sale of service assets for 4,1 billion rbl.

On Monday JSOC Bashneft has concluded a contract with OJSC JSFC Sistema on sale of a 100% stake in the authorized share capital of LLC Bashneft-Service Assets, the oil company informs.

The transaction sum is 4,1 billion rbl.

In March, 2013 Bashneft has declared the completion of formation of an oilfield service holding on the basis of its wholly owned subsidiary — LLC Bashneft-Service Assets and on intention to divest these assets of Bashneft in the long term.

The holding company included 11 oilfield service organizations: LLC Bashneft-Bureniye, LLC Ufimsky Administration of Underground Workover, LLC Bashkirsky Branch of Well Workover, LLC Oktyabrsky Plant of Oilfield Equipment, LLC Neftekamsky Plant of Oilfield Equipment, LLC Department of Motor Vehicles of Bashneft, LLC Oktyabrskoye Administration of Utility Vehicles, LLC Arlanskoye Administration of Utility Vehicles, LLC Arlanskoye Administration of Site Access Roads Maintenance, LLC Transkhim, LLC Yanaulskoye Administration of Neftestroymontazh.
