First coupon rate of governmental bonds of Bashkortostan Republic is defined as 7,75 percent per annum

The rate of the first coupon of governmental bonds of Bashkortostan Republic of 2013 is defined following the results of the tender at the level of 7,75 percent per annum, Joint-Stock Company "Savings Bank KIB" informs acting as the general agent of the loan.

During a competitive tender 74 bids of investors for the total sum of 12 billion rbl. were submitted with a range of the first coupon rates from 7,5 to 8,1 percent per annum. The emitter has made a decision to establish the first coupon rate as 7,75 percent per annum that corresponds to the yield to maturity of 7,98 percent per annum, and to satisfy 34 bids of investors in volume of 5 billion rbl.

Total number of bonds of the 34008 series is 5 million pieces; a face-value of one bond paper is 1000 rbl. The maturity period is seven years with payment of 28 quarter coupons. Rates of the 2-26th coupons are equal to the rate of the first coupon. Rates of the 27-28th coupons are equal to the rate of the first coupon minus 0,1 percent per annum.

Date of bonds redemption is September 18, 2020.
