Mortgage loans arrears have grown by 5,5 percent in Bashkiria in July

The mortgage loans arrears have grown by 5,5 percent in Bashkortostan in July, to 489,5 million rbl., the National Bank RB reports.

Total arrears under mortgage loans for a month has grown by 4,1 percent in the region – to 48 674,5 million rbl.

In January-July in Bashkortostan banks granted mortgage loans for 17 048,9 million rbl., that is by 46,1 percent more than the comparable indicator of 2012.

The average interest mortgage rate has made 13,2 percent per annum for rouble loans and 8,8 percent – for foreign currency loans and loans in precious metals in the republic as of August 1. The average term of crediting is about 14,5 years and about 18 years, accordingly.
