Up to 200 million rbl. are allocated for creating a private agro-industrial park in Bashkiria

In Bashkortostan a competitive selection of developers is held on creation or development of a private agro-industrial park with attraction of subsidies from the federal and republican budgets. The applications are started to be received since September 16.

The subsidy is granted on conditions of co-financing: a developer should invest into the project a sum equal or exceeding the sum of the subsidy. The volume of budgetary financing of one private industrial park makes maximum 200 million rbl. 80 percent will be allocated by the federal budget, 20 percent – by the republican. The subsidy can be directed on power and transport infrastructure development, engineering works at the object, preparation of an industrial platform, equipping the community facilities and on payment of interests on credits for the listed purposes.

The commission will estimate submitted applications by 100-points scale. Points are defined by a number of criteria, including a total area of land plots and objects of real estate, number of new jobs, volume of investments and a planned annual gain.

The provision on the competition is confirmed by the order of the State Committee RB on Trade and Consumer Protection.

The potential developer should have in his management an operating complex of objects of the real estate near Ufa. The minimum values of specific indicators of work of the operating enterprise are also defined.
