UMPO has taken up management of NPP "Motor"

Administrative functions of "Motor" research-and-production enterprise are transferred to the head company of the division «Engines for Fighting Aviation» (DBA) — JSC "UMPO" (Ufa Engine Industrial Association), the press-service of the Ufa association informs.

According to the head of department of corporate communications of the company Irina Sakova, UMPO has taken up functions of supplying, financial, legal, corporate, personnel and accounting management of NPP "Motor".

Earlier, in 2012, UMPO gained control over another company of the division — JSC «The Chernyshev Moscow Machine-Building Enterprise».

The "DBA" division is a business unit of United Engine Corporation. It unites enterprises and design offices on production and elaboration of aviation engines. The division is formed in 2011. Its structure includes JSC "UMPO" as parent enterprise and its branches A.Lyulka Scientific-and-Technical Centre and Lytkarinsky Machine-Building Plant, and also JSC «The Chernyshev Moscow Machine-Building Enterprise», JSC NPP "Motor" and FSUE “MMPP “SALUT” with branches.
