Employees of JSC «Gazprom neftehim Salavat» took part in the All-Russia ecological volunteer clean-up

Workers of the company cleared from waste three areas in the city of Salavat: a recreation park, Batyr Alley in one of the central streets and the territory near the "Neftechimik" recreation centre.

The clean-up was held in Salavat as part of «the All-Russia ecological volunteer clean-up — Green Russia», dated for the Year of Environment Protection.

Representatives of all plants included into structure of JSC «Gazprom neftehim Salavat» participated in the volunteer clean-up: "Monomer" plant, oil refining, gas and chemical, chemical plants.

Employees of the company collected and taken out total more than 17 tons of waste - household waste and dry grass during the volunteer clean-up.

It should be mentioned that on the last summer day volunteer clean-ups took place all over the country: in all regions of Russia simultaneously up to one million people went out for cleaning. Among volunteers there were representatives of public organisations and movements, large, small and medium business, those who worry about environmental situation.

The event was supported by the Federation Council of the Russian Federation, the State Duma RF, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology RF and the Ministry of Regional Development RF.
