1,372 million tons of grain are threshed in Bashkiria

According to the Ministry of Agriculture RB, grain, grain legumes and oil crops, not including sunflower, are mowed on the area of 908 thousand hectares that makes 51 percent from the plan. Threshing is finished on 891 thousand hectares in Bashkortostan, or on half of allocated areas.

Now 1,372 million tons of grain are threshed in the republic, the press-service of agrarian department informs.

Average crop yield of grain and grain legumes makes 15,4 cwt per hectare. Farmers of Chekmagushevsky region receive 25 cwt, Meleuzovsky farmers 23,6 cwt, Sterlitamaksky farmers 22,4 cwt of grain.
