Housing construction volume has grown by 18,9 percent in Bashkiria due to individual developers

In January-July in Bashkortostan it was entered 1,178 million sq. m of new habitation. According to the Bashkortostan Statistics Agency, the housing construction volume has grown by 18,9 percent in the region in comparison with the same period of 2012.

Thus enterprises and companies have reduced volume of housing construction to 201,4 thousand sq. m — from 214,6 thousand sq. m in January-July, 2012. The area of individual real estate development, on the contrary, has considerably increased — to 976,6 thousand sq. m from 775,9 thousand for the same period of the last year.
