In Bashkiria industrial production index has made 101,4 percent in July

In July, 2013 an industrial production index has made 101,4 percent in the republic compared to July of the last year, Bashkortostan Statistics Agency informs. Positive dynamics of output from the beginning of year is marked in pulp-and-paper manufacture, publishing and polygraphic activity (137,6 percent as of January-July, 2012), metallurgical manufacture (110,9 percent), manufacture of electric equipment and vehicles (108,2 — 108,9 percent), manufacture of mineral oil (106,1 percent), manufacture of rubber and plastic products (105,3 percent), mining operations, generation and distribution of electric power, gas and water (103,3-103,7 percent), leather and footwear manufacture (101,1 percent).

At the same time a decrease by 19,9 percent is marked in textile and sewing manufacture, by 11 percent in chemical manufacture, by 10,5 percent in manufacture of foodstuff. In manufacture of other nonmetallic mineral products reduction of volumes constituted 5,9 percent, in manufacture of machinery and equipment — 3,4 percent, in wood processing — 0,4 percent. Across the Russian Federation the industrial production index amounted to 100 percent as of January-July, 2012, in Volga Federal District regions the given indicator varied from 88,2 percent in the Chuvash Republic to 109,5 percent in the Nizhniy Novgorod Region.
