Career fair for Olympic Games in Sochi will take place in Ufa

On August 18, a career fair on selection of candidates for work during preparation and carrying out of the XXII Olympic Winter Games in Sochi will take place in Ufa. The fair is spent as part of «Sochi 2014 — Your Job» expedition.

The organizer of the fair is Adecco Group Russia — a company which is responsible for selection, attraction and managing of more than eight thousand people of temporary personnel for preparation and carrying out of XXII Olympic Winter Games and XI Paralympic Winter Games in Sochi.

More than five thousand vacancies from eight thousand are accounted for blue-collar workers. Besides, it is required over two thousand qualified experts, 700 managers and 300 unique experts.

The expedition on personnel recruitment started from a square at Seaport in Sochi on August 10. Its route goes through Krasnodar, Rostov, Stavropol, Volgograd, Saratov, Tolyatti, Samara, Ufa, Izhevsk, Kazan, Cheboksary, Nizhni Novgorod, Yaroslavl, Tver, Tula, Orel, Kursk and Moscow.

During preparation for the Games the most scale works are connected with construction of temporary structures, catering services, accommodation and IT support maintenance, with servicing the Olympic village. The considerable number of cargo deliveries of equipment and materials is planned besides. There are also unique job offers, for example, announcers, reporters and managers on events servicing.

In the days of sports events carrying out more than 200 objects of infrastructure, including sports arenas and stadiums, hotels and Olympic village, media centres and conference halls will work in Sochi.

Representatives of more than 80 countries, or 600 thousand visitors will take part in Olympic Games. Three billion televiewers will watch its TV broadcast.
