Ufa is ahead of Moscow by quantity of newly erected buildings - "DublGIS" directory

According to the most recent information from the "DublGIS" directory, in Ufa 38 newly erected buildings are accounted per one hundred thousand people. On this indicator the capital of Bashkortostan shares the third place with Krasnoyarsk. Chelyabinsk is on the second place, where 50 new buildings are available per 100 thousand inhabitants. Novosibirsk took the first place (67 new buildings per 100 thousand people).

Ufa by quantity of new buildings is ahead of such cities as Moscow, St.-Petersburg, Volgograd, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Nizhni Novgorod, Omsk, Perm, Samara, Rostov-on-Don.

In 2012 over 770 thousand square metres of habitation were constructed in Ufa. In 2013 in case of favourable development of economics habitation commissioning will be increased to 815 thousand square metres. In 2015 it is predicted to reach commissioning volumes of 925 thousand square metres. However, already today there are preconditions allowing to draw a conclusion that predicted volumes will be exceeded, and the city will reach a figure of one million square metres, the information-analytical department of Ufa administration informs.

Residential districts of potential development are "Deoma-8", "Deoma-9", "Zaton Northeast", "Yuryuzan", "Glumilino", Nagaevo settlement. Construction and sale of social habitation to be continued as part of the city program of mortgage credit lending.
