JSC Salavatsteklo has decreased dividends in 2,5 times

At the annual meeting shareholders of JSC Salavatsteklo have confirmed dividends on ordinary shares for 2012 in the sum of 40 rbl. per one share with face value of 10 rbl., it is informed in the company materials.

By results of activity in 2011 the company has paid dividends in the sum of 100 rbl. per share. Thus, the volume of payments per one paper security was reduced in 2,5 times.

The total amount of the accrued income on issue securities of the emitter has made 199 073 172 roubles. In 2012 JSC Salavatsteklo received net profit in the sum of 981 329 thousand rbl., that is 20,3 percent of profit was directed to dividends.
