Average cost of one-room apartment rent in Ufa is 15 thousand rbl. per month

As of the beginning of July an average rent cost of a standard one-room apartment in Ufa makes 15 thousand rbl. per month. According to analysts of "Expert" real estate agency the price has grown by 0,4 percent from the beginning of year.

A two-room apartment can be rent on average for 17 thousand rbl. per month in Ufa, three-room apartment — for 19 thousand rbl. Thus rent of a two-room apartment has increased by 0,2 percent from the beginning of the year, in a segment of three-room apartments the average price remained at the same level.
