UMPO shareholders have summed up results-2012 at annual meeting

Shareholders of JSC "UMPO" at their annual meeting have made a decision to pay dividends following the results of 2012 in the sum of 1 rouble 72 copecks per one ordinary share, the company press-service informs.

Following the results of 2012 the revenues from sales amounted to 25,4 billion rbl. Net profit made 2,1 billion rbl.

The annual report, annual accounting reporting for 2012, the auditor of the company were confirmed at the annual meeting of shareholders.

Election of members of the Board of Directors took place. By results of voting 10 people became its members, including the first deputy general director of JSC "Rosoboronexport" Ivan Goncharenko, the director for assets management of JSC OPK "Oboronprom" Grigory Kirpichev, the deputy general director for legal issues and corporate management of JSC MC "ODK" Alexander Kudashkin. The 11th member of the Board of Directors of JSC "UMPO" is included into its structure without elections – as the representative of the state by the special right of “the gold share”.

Shareholders confirmed also the estimate of expenses for social objects support and social assistance to employees and veterans of the company for 2014.
