Shares of Ufa JSC "Bashmetal" are offered for bidding in August

An auction to sell a block of stock of JSC "Bashmetal" belonging to the republic will take place on August 22, the Ministry of Land and Property Relations RB informs. 32 282 ordinary shares — 41 percent of the authorised capital of the company will be offered for bidding.
The initial price is 80 million rbl. The bid increment is 1,6 million rbl.
Among core business of JSC "Bashmetal" are purchase, delivery and sale of metal products, technical industrial goods, collection, processing and sale of scrap metal and ferrous and nonferrous metals waste. The JSC "Bashmetal" assets include a share in LLC "Newko" in the sum of 100 percent of the authorised capital of the company. Objects of the real estate and land plots are not available.
JSC "Bashmetal" shares were offered for bidding in February and May, 2011, but the auctions did not take place due to absence of bids.
