OJSC "Ufaorgsynthez" has directed 0,35 percent of dividends on profit payment

Shareholders of OJSC "Ufaorgsynthez" at their annual meeting have decided following the results of 2012 to direct 11 293 343,1 roubles on distribution of dividends, it is said in the company’s communique.

According to the report on financial activity of the company for 2012, the net profit made 3 208 677 thousand rbl. Thus, 0,35 percent of the net profit are directed on payment of dividends. It is decided to leave the rest of means at the disposal of the company.

Dividends are confirmed in the sum of 0,1 roubles — both per ordinary and preferential share.

OJSC "Ufaorgsynthez" is one of the largest enterprises in Russia on output of organic synthesis products and polymeric materials. It occupies a considerable share in the all-Russian manufacture of phenol, acetone and polypropylene.
