Construction of the new terminal of Ufa airport will cost 850 million rbl.

JSC International Ufa Airport selected the contractor for the new international terminal construction. The single participant of the tender - Ufa LLC "Promstroycomplekt" became the contractor, "Kommersant-Bashkortostan" informs referring to the source in the airport administration.

"Promstroycomplekt" estimated its work in 850 million rbl. at the initial price of the contract of 880 million rbl. Under the contract provisions, by November 1, 2014 a building of the terminal with the area of 15,6 thousand sq. m will be constructed on the site between the operating border-customs complex and the flight control tower. The reconstruction provides two stages. At the first stage the contractor should erect a building of the new international terminal and a terminal finger with two rotundas, with total area of 8,7 thousand sq. m where customs and border services, immigration check point and border veterinary check point will be located. The second stage includes reconstruction of the operating international terminal by making additional building to it and extension of the arrival-departure gallery. 3,3 thousand sq. m of the international terminal are subject to reconstruction, the additional building area will make 3,5 thousand sq. m.
