Square metre of elite housing costs on average 76 thousand rbl. in Ufa

An average cost of ready elite housing makes 76 thousand rbl. per square metre in Ufa. By data of "Expert" real estate agency, it has decreased by 0,3 percent for a month.

One-room apartments of elite-classes are offered on average at 76,5 thousand rbl. per square metre, two-room apartments – at 74,5 thousand rbl., three-room apartments — at 75,1 thousand rbl. Multiroom apartments in this segment are the most expensive — 78,5 thousand rbl. per sq.m.

As "Expert" informs, as of the middle of June in the secondary housing market of Ufa 3696 apartments are on sale, from them 231 are elite apartments.
