Average price of square metre in the secondary housing market of Ufa – 60,9 thousand rbl.

As of June 15, an average cost of one square metre of habitation is 60,9 thousand rbl. in Ufa in the secondary market, the "Expert" real estate agency informs. Taking into account elite apartments it is 61,4 thousand rbl.

In May cost of secondary housing has grown by 0,3 percent, from the beginning of the year — by 2,5 percent.

Most expensive "squares" are traditionally in the segment of one-room apartments — 65,1 thousand rbl. For the last month the prices here have increased by 0,9 percent. Two-room apartments are offered on average at 59,5 thousand rbl. per square metre (plus 1,9 percent), three-room apartments — at 56,8 thousand (plus 0,4 percent), multiroom apartments — at 59,9 thousand (plus 0,5 percent).

The "Expert" real estate agency marks that fluctuations of prices mostly reflect changes in the structure of sold objects, «positive trends in the market in the beginning of 2013 experience recession since March».

Range of prices in the Ufa secondary housing market is from 25 thousand rbl. per square metre in houses scheduled for demolition to 165 thousand rbl. per square metre in elite apartments in the city centre.
