"Gas-service" lowered dividends by 9,3 percent

At the annual meeting shareholders of JSC "Gas-service" distributed the net profit following the results of 2012 in the sum of 325 243 712 rbl. According to the company, it was decided to direct 20 percent of profit on payment of dividends, 80 percent — to leave at the disposal of the company.

Dividends are defined in the sum of 93 roubles per one common share. Last year the total amount of payments under shares was asserted in the sum of 71 971 810 rbl., that makes 102,5 roubles per one security. Thus, "Gas-service" decreased the size of dividends by 9,3 percent.
