"Bashinformsvyaz" has increased dividends per common share in 2,5 times

At the annual meeting shareholders of JSC "Bashinformsvyaz" have made a decision on payment of dividends for 2012 in the sum of 0,1561 roubles per common share and 0,4 roubles — per preferential share.

Following the results of 2011 "Bashinformsvyaz" added 0,0631 roubles per common share, 0,284 — per preferential share. Thus, the company has increased payments per shares in 2,5 times and by 40,1 percent, accordingly.

According to the emitter, the total sum of the accrued dividends made: 148 142 621 roubles on common shares, 14 466 108 rbl. — on preferential shares.

The company directed 16,5 percent of net profit to payment of dividends. 83,5 percent of profit will be used for increasing equity capital of the company.
