Issues of control over microfinance activity will be discussed in Ufa

On June 20, experts carrying out the state control over microfinance organisations and credit consumers' cooperatives will gather in Ufa.

Representatives of Regional Branch of Federal Service on Financial Markets in Southeast region together with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Bashkortostan plan to tell all interested persons about observance of the main requirements of the Federal Law «On Microfinance Activity and Microfinance Organisations».

Within the limits of a three-hour seminar an analysis of activity of microfinance organisations in the republican territory and the most typical infringements of the legislation revealed during checks, and also ways and forms of realisation of the state control over microfinance activity will be presented. Separately experts of Service on Financial Markets will cover counteraction to laundering of illegal proceeds and terrorism financing.
