Since July 1 tax specialists will accept documents only with enhanced digital signature

Since July 1, tax bodies will accept "electronic" tax declarations and accounting reporting, certified only with the enhanced qualified digital signature. The corresponding standard is established by the Federal law «On a digital signature» which will come into force on July 1.

As Bashinform News Agency was informed in the press-service of the Bashkortostan Directorate of the Federal Tax Service, new modification of a signature is entered for providing additional protection of information. The electronic documents certified like this are equated to paper originals, and restrictions operating for today are removed.

Tax bearers should address to specialised service providers to receive an enhanced qualified digital signature.
