Bashkortostan Hotel will increase its room capacity by more than half to the Summits-2015

The room capacity of four stars Bashkortostan Hotel in Ufa will be increased from 140 to 220 rooms. Reconstruction of the existing building and construction of a new one in partnership with Hilton Company is supposed for this purpose. General Director of Bashkortostan Hotel Fiyal Baiteryakov told about the project at the Public Council session on improvement of investment climate under the President RB.

“We concluded an agreement of intent and prepared a cooperation agreement with the leading hotel operator Hilton Company,” Baiteryakov said. “According to standards of partners, reconstruction of the existing room capacity of the hotel and increase in areas of rooms, and also construction of the new building is supposed now.”

Among complicating factors of the project implementation is housing density in the territory adjoining to the hotel and the status of a monument of architecture. The last circumstance involves rise in price for works on the building reconstruction.

The management counts on support of republican and city authorities in questions of construction of utilities and landscaping the hotel territory. Rustem Khamitov, the President RB assured that the support would be rendered.
