Average cost of rental of standard one-room apartment in Ufa as of the beginning of June makes 16 thousand rbl. per month. By data the SAN "Expert" real estate agency, prices in this segment of the market has grown by 0,4 percent from the beginning of year.

It is possible to rent two-room apartment on average at 16,9 thousand rbl. a month (plus 0,2 percent from the beginning of year) in Ufa.

Rental of three-room apartment will cost 18,5 thousand rbl. per month. In this segment the average price has not changed from the beginning of the year.
