Ufa employers announced availability of 74 thousand vacancies
From the beginning of 2013 the information about availability of 74,2 thousand vacant jobs was received by Ufa Employment Service from employers. For today the city jobs bank consists of 25 thousand vacancies.
As Bashinform News Agency was informed by Ufa Employment Centre, from the beginning of current year almost 8,7 thousand people were registered as seeking for jobs. More than 5,7 thousand Ufa residents were recognised as unemployed, about 6,4 thousand unemployed were struck off the register.
At the same time more than six thousand unemployed Ufa townspeople could found jobs by means of employment service for same period of time. Over one thousand people were directed for free of charge training and retraining to the careers demanded in the labour market.
It should be mentioned that 7200 Ufa residents are registered in the employment service now, 6800 of which are the unemployed.
The rate of unemployment makes 1,21 percent. The intensity factor, or a ratio of unoccupied people to number of vacancies, is equal 0,29. In other words, approximately three available jobs are accounted for one unemployed Ufa resident now.
