Housing construction volume grew by 13,5 percent in January-April in Bashkortostan

In Bashkortostan in January-April at the expense of all sources of financing 4864 apartments were put into operation with a total area of 458,4 thousand square metres, Bashkortostan Statistics Agency informs. It is by 13,5 percent more than the comparable indicator of 2012.

249,2 thousand new inhabited "square metres" appeared in rural areas, 209,2 thousand sq. metres — in cities.

On housing construction volume in January-April Bashkortostan takes the second position in the Volga Federal District with considerable backlog from the leader: in Tatarstan for this time it was constructed 880,8 thousand inhabited "square metres". Bashkortostan is the fourth in the Volga Federal District after Tatarstan, Mary El and the Ulyanovsk region on habitation input per capita.
