Housing and Public Utilities Foundation approved an application of Bashkiria for 196,21 million rbl.

The Housing and Public Utilities Reform Assistance Foundation will grant 196,21 million rbl. to

Bashkortostan Republic for financial support to carry out major repairs of apartment houses. Bashkortostan will allocate 248,15 million rbl. as a co-financing. These means will be directed for carrying out of major repairs of apartment houses in the cities of Dyurtyuli, Tuimazy, Kumertau, Octyabrsky, Sterlitamak and Ufa.

In 2008-2012 the Housing and Public Utilities Reform Assistance Foundation allocated 10,74 billion rbl. to Bashkortostan Republic for the programs of major repairs of apartment houses and resettlement of citizens from unfit buildings. The region added 4,22 billion rbl. as a co-financing. These means were directed for carrying out of repairs at 1172 apartment houses. 214940 inhabitants of the republic improved their living conditions, 15931 people from 602 failing buildings were granted new apartments.
