19 thousand people are registered as unemployed in Bashkiria in January-April, 2013

For the first four months of 2013 19 thousand people were registered as unemployed in Bashkortostan, about 19,9 thousand inhabitants of the republic found jobs by means of employment service, the press-service of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection RB informs.

In total 114 thousand people applied for granting of various state services at the republican labour registry office from the beginning of the year. From them 32,7 thousand applied for assistance in jobs search. 31 thousand more addressed for granting of services in career guidance.

Almost 3,3 thousand inhabitants of the republic started for this time free of charge vocational training directed by the employment service.

It should be mentioned that to the beginning of May there were 26,3 thousand registered unemployed people and more than 58 thousand of "official" jobs in the region.

Meanwhile, in Bashkortostan number of the unemployed reaches now 133,7 thousand people, according to standards of the International Labour Organisation (ILO).

The average salary made 20069,9 roubles in the republic in February, 2013.
