Elimination round of «Business of Innovative Technologies» competition will take place in Bashkiria

On May 28, an elimination round of the All-Russia entrepreneurial competition «Business of Innovative Technologies» (BIT) will take place in Academy of Sciences of Bashkortostan, in Ufa. The Fund of Science Support and Development RB acted as the organizer of BIT-Ufa regional competition.

Developers of innovative elaborations interested in attraction of investments and strategic partners for realisation of their projects and also the existing innovative companies aimed at further development and entering the international market are invited to participate in the competition.

Successful businessmen, experts from Ufa hi-tech companies, representatives of investment funds will estimate competitors. Three winners of the Ufa stage will go to the BIT-Volga regional competition which will take place in Nizhni Novgorod on May 31. They will have an opportunity to complete their projects and to pass business training sponsored by the Fund of Science Support and Development RB, it is said on the website http://startuprb.ru.

Further 12 teams-winners of regional competitions will be trained on intensive acceleration program. Semifinalists will be helped also with competent "packing" of the project, technological details and issues of marketing, law, patenting.

The following stage is a federal competitive selection and the competition final at the Second Moscow International Forum of Innovative Development «Open Innovations» in the end of October, 2013.
