Sowing of early spring crops is conducted in 21 regions of Bashkiria

For today sowing of early spring crops goes on fields of 21 regions of Bashkortostan, 11 from which joined the sowing-campaign during the last two days.

Among them are Arkhangelsky, Baimaksky, Gafuriisky, Dyurtyulinsky, Iglinsky, Ishimbajsky, Karmaskalinsky, Kuyurgazinsky, Meleuzovsky, Chekmagushevsky and Sharansky regions.

As the press-service of the Ministry of Agriculture RB informs, at the moment it is sowed 10,1 thousand hectares of arable land in the republic or 0,5 percent from the planned area.

Sowing of early spring crops is conducted at a fast pace in Blagovarsky, Buzdyaksky, Kugarchinsky, Kushnarenkovsky and Miyakinsky regions where it is already sowed from two to three percent of areas.

In 2013 3,2 million hectares were allocated for areas under crops in the region. It is by 150 thousand hectares more than one year ago.
