According to the Ministry of Finance RB, as of April 1, 2013 execution of the consolidated revenues budget of the republic made 32 497,5 million rbl., or 95,6 percent by the similar period of 2012.
As the ministry press-service informs, the main sources of revenues are the personal income tax — 8 587,8 million rbl., or 33 percent from total sum of tax and non-tax revenues. 6788,0 million rbl. (26,1 percent) are accounted for the share of corporate income tax, 3 800,7 million rbl., (14,6 percent) – excises, 1 684,9 million (6,5 percent) — property tax.
At the same time, spending of the consolidated budget of Bashkortostan in January-March, 2013 are financed for 29108,2 million volume rbl. or 109 percent by the similar period of the last year.
Social component of the budget takes the greatest share in the spending structure — 79,3 percent of all expenditures, or 23 097,2 million rbl.
Grants to budgetary, independent establishments and other organisations in economic spending structure of the republican budget made 14 717,7 million rbl., or 50,6 percent from the total sum of spending. 4 032,1 million rbl., or 13,9 percent were directed to medical insurance and other interbudgetary transfers to budgets of federal and territorial funds of obligatory medical insurance, and also the budget of the Pension Fund RF for reimbursement, connected with pre-schedule pension assignment to the unemployed.
Social transfers to the population, including grants, surcharges to pensions, other social payments and grants, made 3854,9 million rbl. or 13,2 percent.
2 345,4 million rbl., or 8,1 percent from total spending were directed to financing of capital investments and road facilities.
As the press-service of the Ministry of Finance RB underlines, 85,8 percent of total spending of the consolidated republican budget are accounted for the above-stated spending functions.
The Bashkortostan Republic revenues budget for January-March, 2013 is executed for the sum of 26 386,0 million rbl. (92,6 percent by the similar period of 2012), expenditures budget — for the sum of 23 975,0 million (108,1 percent).
