Spring sowing campaign started in Bashkiria

In Bashkortostan the sowing-time started, the press-service of the republican Ministry of Agriculture informs. The first sowing of early spring crops is started by farms of Buzdyaksky region where 360 hectares are already sowed.

For today early spring crops sowing is conducted in 10 regions — Alsheevsky, Bakalinsky, Blagovarsky, Buzdyaksky, Zianchurinsky, Kugarchinsky, Kushnarenkovsky, Miyakinsky, Ufa and Chishminsky. In total in these 10 regions it is sowed more than one thousand hectares of an arable land.

Now basically wheat and oats are sowed. Besides, sugar beet sowing is conducted on separate fields of Blagovarsky region, the press-service of the Ministry of Agriculture RB reports.
