Denis Stankevich was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Bashneft

At the meeting held by absentee voting, Bashneft’s Board of Directors approved the appointment of Denis Stankevich to the position of Vice-President for Economics and Finance. The new Chief Financial Officer was included in the Company’s Management Board.

The Board of Directors also decided to increase the membership of the Management Board to 15 members. Oleg Mikhaylov, the Vice-President for Oil and Gas Production was included in it.

In 1997–1999 Denis Stankevich worked for the Ural Trust Bank. From 1999 through 2004 he headed the Economics and Finance Department of OJSC Belkamneft. In 2004–2009 he held the position of General Director of OJSC ASPEC. Since May 2009 he has been the Financial Director for Refining and Commerce of JSOC Bashneft.
