"Soda" became a part of "Kaustik" company: the incorporated enterprises operate as usual

In April, 2013 reorganisation of JSC "Soda" by joining to JSC "Kaustik" was completed. The decision on reorganisation was accepted by the general meeting of shareholders in January, the department of information and public relations informs.

“The enterprises continue to operate as usual. Changes concerned only legal status of the companies; they did not affect in any way industrial and economic activities. All obligations to consumers, suppliers and partners are performed according to contracts,” Nadezhda Pinigina, the general director of JSC «Bashkir Chemistry» commented on the situation with JSC "Soda".
