Mortgage arrears grew by 45,2 percent in Bashkiria for a year
The mortgage arrears increased by 45,2 percent in Bashkortostan for a year — as of the beginning of March, 2013 they amounted to 41,8 billion rbl. For January-February the sum increased by 4,2 percent, it follows from the data by the National Bank RB.
Cumulative arrears of housing loans to individuals made 48,9 billion rbl. as of March 1.
The overdue debt on mortgage loans in the republic made 475 million rbl. as of March 1. It is by 0,1 percent more than in the beginning of the year, but by 10,1 percent less than the year before.
In January-February in Bashkortostan 2 961 mortgage loans for 3,4 billion rbl. were issued. The average term of crediting makes 14,6 years for rouble loans and about 20 years for foreign currency loans and precious metals loans.
