Ufa is on the 13th position in Russia on prices in the secondary housing market

Ufa occupies the 13th position on habitation cost in the secondary market. RBC submits such data as of March, 2013 referring to materials of the Russian Guild of Realtors (RGR).

Among 43 cities presented in the rating in eleven of them including Moscow and St.-Petersburg, the prices related to February decreased a little. The most essential decrease — by 3,9 percent — is marked in Volgograd. The most appreciable growth — by 3,7 percent — is registered in Omsk.

The capital of Bashkortostan appears in the rating with an average cost per sq.m of the secondary residential real estate of 58 778 rbl. According to RGR, the prices for habitation in Ufa in March grew by 0,6 percent. Neighbours of Ufa in the rating are Novosibirsk and Irkutsk with comparable level of prices.

In Moscow average cost of residential sq.m is 200 236 rbl. St.-Petersburg is on the second place with 98 226 rbl. Saratov closes the rating with an indicator of 38 509 rbl.
