Elite housing has risen in price by 4,6 percent in Ufa

83,5 thousand rbl. per sq. m is an average asking price for elite apartments in Ufa, the "Expert" real estate agency reports. For the first quarter it has grown by 4,6 percent.

One-room apartments of the enhanced comfort are offered on average at 79 thousand rbl. per sq.m (from the beginning of year the price has not changed), two-room apartments at 85,5 thousand rbl. (plus 8 percent for the quarter), three-room apartments at 85,7 thousand rbl. (plus 2,7 percent), multiroom apartments at 85,5 thousand rbl. (plus 0,5 percent).

The "Expert" real estate agency specialists mark that the segment of the elite real estate in Ufa is quite small; therefore even several considerable transactions can affect the price behavior.
