Average asking price is 49 thousand rbl. per sq.m in the Ufa primary market of habitation

The under construction habitation in Ufa has risen in price by 3,5 percent from the beginning of year, including in March – by one and a half percent, the "Expert" real estate agency informs. Average cost of one square metre in the primary market of habitation makes 49 thousand rbl.

The sample group does not include risky offers with the prices considerably below the market ones.

The minimum cost per square metre is 34 thousand rbl. in the primary market in Ufa. It is fixed in the areas remote from the centre and in the suburbs. The ceiling price is 76-80 thousand rbl. in the city business centre, along M.Karim Street and Tsurupy Street.
