Average cost of habitation in Ufa by the end of March is 60,6 thousand rbl. per sq.m

The average price of one square metre of finished habitation in Ufa at present makes 60,6 thousand rbl. Taking into account an elite housing it amounted to 61,6 thousand rbl.

According to the information of "Expert" real estate agency, the average supply price of one-room apartments in the republic capital is 64,9 thousand rbl. per sq.m, two-room — 58,6 thousand, three-room — 55,3 thousand, multiroom — 61,4 thousand rbl.

From the beginning of the year the most demanded one-room apartments essentially rose in price: by 4,3 percent. Average cost of three-room apartments remained at the former level. The prices in other segments grew by 1-1,5 percent. Analysts of "Expert" mark that price fluctuations reflect statistical changes in structure of sold objects.

The "Expert" specialists underline that current development of prices in the secondary market of habitation reflects mortgage lending market development rather than growth of real incomes of the population. In Ufa three quarters of ready habitation is purchased with the involvement of loans.
