Bashkiria is among regions-leaders of Russia on volumes of housing commissioning

Rates of housing commissioning following the results of 2012 in Bashkortostan are quite good. It was commissioned more than 2,3 million sq. m, the growth made 10 percent.

“These rates twice exceeded the average level across Russia – the republic is included into number of seven regions-leaders on this indicator among subjects of Russia and takes the second place in the Volga Federal District,” the President of Bashkortostan said, making a year-end report of the Government work to the deputies of the State Assembly RB on Thursday.

At the same time Rustem Khamitov marked that on housing provision per one inhabitant the republic was only among fifties.

The volume of granted mortgage loans amounted to nearly 25 billion rbl. in the republic and grew in comparison with 2011 in 1,6 times. At the same time there was a rise in price of loans from 11,9 percent last year to 12,7 percent this year.

The Government of Bashkortostan considers construction of rental habitation as one of ways to solve housing problems of needy citizens and public sector employees. The corresponding republican program is now developed till 2015.

Rustem Khamitov set a task to transfer from infill construction to complex development of territories for multiple-dwelling erection. It should be constructed more than six million square metres of habitation on the site of nearly three thousand hectares by 2020.
