Revenues rates of the consolidated budget of Bashkiria decreased to 11 percent — the Ministry of Finance RB

Rates of growth of tax and non-tax revenues to the consolidated budget of Bashkortostan decreased from 12,9 percent in 2011 to 11 percent in 2012. According to the republican Ministry of Finance, the total amount of revenues developed at the level of 119 billion rbl.

As Ruzaliya Khismatullina, the head of department marked at the session of the board of the Ministry of Finance RB on Tuesday, this situation, along with macroeconomic tendencies, was explained by «both negative influence of tax mode «60-66», and increase in volumes of tax rebate», besides, «the high tax base of the previous year in connection with single payments which were absent in 2012».

According to the financial department, the share of tax proceeds from 25 largest tax bearers of region reduced in the consolidated budget from 46,1 to 42,8 percent for a year.

For stimulation of revenues inflow into the republican treasury in Bashkortostan the special interdepartmental commission was created. One session headed by Rustem Khamitov, the President RB has already taken place.

Among stimulating measures the head of the Ministry of Finance RB named «mechanism development of the investments tax incentives».

“The term of using income tax and property tax privileges is increased up to 10 tax periods to investors which capital investments make five billion rbl. and above,” Ruzaliya Khismatullina said.
