Centres of tax documents processing will be created in Russia by the example of Ufa

In Russia 11 inter-regional centres on tax documents processing will be created and the first of them already works in Ufa since 2012. Besides Bashkortostan, the Federal State Institution (FKU) "Tax-service" branch FNS of Russia in RB serves Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk, Kurgan, Omsk Regions, and also the Perm Territory and the Khanty-Mansijsk Autonomous District.

Here large-scale processing of tax documents is carried out, starting from their reception and scanning, and till placing them into the huge modern storehouses intended for more than 180 million sheets, Ural Hairetdinov, the director of FKU "Tax-service" branch of the Federal Tax Service of Russia in Bashkortostan informed.

“Tax-service” branch in Ufa is a building of the former garage which is renovated today into the up-to-date centre. Such technologies inspire people, we need to adopt this experience,” the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov said.

It is important that centralized input of information releases a large quantity of tax inspectors from routine work.

“When we introduce the system of electronic data processing and start the federal data-processing centre in the Ministry of Finance of Russia, we should increase corresponding levies on control charges at the expense of qualitative tax administration for 100 billion rbl. by 2020 only due to the better information processing,” the head of the Federal Tax Service of Russia Michael Mishustin informed.

The first Deputy Minister of Finance RF Tatyana Nesterenko acts as an "ideologist" of creation of data-processing centres in the country which is also now with working visit in Ufa.

It is not less significant today that the country government have already approved the concept of creation of the electronic budget.

Meanwhile, as the Russian FNS head underlined, it was not possible to transfer tax functions to outsourcing in order to reduce costs. It is connected mainly with the tax secret which safety relates to each of us. Therefore tax specialists process all information carriers by themselves to observe confidentiality.

That is why the decision was made to transfer these functions to the Federal State Institution "Tax-service", because one of the main priorities for today is maintenance of high level of personal data protection.
