From the beginning of the year employers announced about 52700 available jobs in Bashkiria

For January-February, 2013 the republican employment service received the information about 52700 vacancies. Today the regional jobs bank contains almost 40800 jobs, the employment web portal of the Ministry of Labour RB informs.

It should be mentioned that as of March 1, it was officially registered nearly 27500 unemployed in the republic. The intensity factor, or a ratio of unoccupied people to number of jobs available made 0,7. Level of registered unemployment is equal to 1,35 percent in the region.

Meanwhile, according to surveys among population on employment matters, on average for November 2012 — January, 2013, number of the unemployed in Bashkortostan, calculated according to the standards of the International Labour Organisation amounted to 105,9 thousand people. Number of gainfully occupied population was 1989,6 thousand people in the region.

The average salary in the republic in December, 2012 constituted 26991,9 roubles.
