«President Hotel-Ufa» presented new hotel rooms

A presentation of renewed hotel rooms of the «President Hotel — Ufa» took place. The head of Ufa administration Irek Yalalov examined the results of the first stage of the hotel reconstruction.

As the director of the hotel complex «President Hotel — Ufa» Kabir Asadullin informs, the hotel room capacity since 2010 till the present time has been increased more than twice, namely by 114 rooms.

For today the hotel room capacity totals 208 rooms of various categories (standard, business, business-premium, luxury suites, apartments). All rooms are equipped according to modern international standards. Unique designer’s solutions were applied in their interiors; rooms are ready for reception of visitors of the highest level.

Also the restaurant is completely renovated, the renewed atrium-bar is opened, the conference centre possibilities are expanded. Now the «President Hotel — Ufa» has a hall for 300 persons, and also a hall for 100 and 50 persons allowing to carry out events of the most various scale.

The volume of investments amounted to 200 million rbl., and the plans of the hotel complex development are not finished at this stage. This year it is planned to put into operation 34 rooms more and to equip the new, state-of-the-art conference hall for scale events in Ufa, to reconstruct the reception area and to accomplish the park zone in the territory adjoining to the hotel.

It is planned to invest 110 million rbl. more into the reconstruction. It was managed to implement the given project owing to support rendered by Bashkortostan and Ufa authorities.
