Power sector workers of Bashkiria are ready for snowfalls

The electricity-generating service of Bashkortostan is in the increased readiness state owing to bad weather conditions, the press-service of the Bashkir Electric Grid Company informs. Weather forecasters predict abundant precipitation during the whole week.

The emergency disconnects caused by snowfalls are promptly liquidated. Emergency response and restoration teams clear highways to provide access to transport and electric grid infrastructure.

Special modes are introduced if necessary. So, the mode "Hurricane" was in effect in the cover zone of Sibay Electric Grid, "Snowfall" in Beloretsk Electric Grid. Long faults in power supply were not admitted.
