Commercial real estate rent is more expensive than habitation rent in Ufa

An average cost of the commercial real estate rent amounts to 520 rbl. per sq.m a month in Ufa. Rent of the residential real estate in recalculation per sq.m costs on average 480 rbl. a month. In the segment of sales the ratio is different: the residential real estate is more expensive than commercial, the "Expert" real estate agency marks. About 75 percent of all activity in the market is accounted for rent.

The prices considerably vary depending on purpose and location of objects. Thus, the average rental price of trading areas across Ufa makes 630 rbl. per square metre a month, office areas — 535 rbl., warehouse and industrial areas — 243 roubles. From the beginning of the year rent of trading premises fell in price by one quarter, warehouse areas — by two percent, in the segment of office real estate the price remained at the former level.

In the business centre of Ufa it is possible to rent trading premises on average at 785 rbl. per sq.m a month, office premises – at 686 rbl., warehouse and industrial ones — at 226 rbl. Along October Avenue the similar real estate is given for rent at 805, 559 and 418 rbl. per sq.m accordingly. "Expert" gives also the rental prices for the commercial real estate in other city districts which vary from 707 to 350 rbl. per sq.m a month.
