Research and practice conference «Banks. Processes. Standards. Quality». will be held in Ufa

On March 21-22, the IX Research and practice conference «Banks. Processes. Standards. Quality» will take place in Ufa.

The annual conference at the National Bank RB will be organised by the Association of the Russian Banks and Association of Credit Organisations RB.

On March 21, a plenary session will take place. It will be devoted to topical issues of banking activity quality improvement and transition of the Russian banking sector to the international standards. It is planned to discuss the best Russian banking practice.

On March 22, several breakout sessions to be started. The section No.1 will be devoted to methodology of quality standardization of banking activity. Subjects of other three sections are: «Standards of quality support in banking management», «Standards of banking products quality support» and «Standards of effective interaction of banks and regional authorities».

The final plenary session will close the forum.
