By 2018 an average salary of public sector employee of Bashkortostan should reach 38774 rbl.

According to preliminary calculations, the monthly average gross payroll of public sector employees in Bashkortostan, taking into account the rate of inflation, should be increased to 38774 thousand rbl. by 2018 or nearly twice, in comparison with the level of 2012.

As it was marked at the extended session of the board of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection RB on Tuesday, the problem on increase of payment level of public sector employees was solved gradually in the republic. It should be mentioned that since July 1, 2012 the salaries of employees of state and municipal public bodies were raised by 14 percent. For comparison: as a whole over the country such increase occurred only since October 1, last year and only by six percent.

Besides, the Decree of the President of Russia No.597 is also focused on increase of the salary of state employees relating to more than 175 thousand public sector employees of Bashkortostan.

As Lenara Ivanova, the Minister of Labour and Social Protection RB informed, «in the first quarter of 2013 it is planned to confirm the Plan of Measures on implementation of the given Decree where all provisions of this standard document» will be considered.
