Bashneft formed oilfield service holding company from 11 companies

JSOC Bashneft has completed the establishment of an oilfield service holding company on the basis of LLC Bashneft-ServiceAssets, its wholly owned subsidiary, the oil company officially reports.

The Chairman of Bashneft’s Board of Directors Felix Evtushenkov has headed the Board of LLC Bashneft-Service Assets; Kamil Zakirov has been appointed General Director of the company.

The oilfield service holding company managed by LLC Bashneft-Service Assets is constituted by 11 oilfield service organizations. These are limited liability companies Bashneft-Bureniye, Ufimsky Administration of Underground Workover, Bashkirsky Branch of Well Workover, Oktyabrsky Plant of Oilfield Equipment, Neftekamsky Plant of Oilfield Equipment, Department of Motor Vehicles of Bashneft, Oktyabrskoye Administration of Utility Vehicles, Arlanskoye Administration of Utility Vehicles, Arlanskoye Administration of Maintenance of Site Access Roads, Transkhim, Yanaulskoye Administration of Neftestroymontazh.

These enterprises provide services related to drilling, current and major workover of wells, manufacture of oilfield and mechanical equipment, as well as transportation and construction services.

It is planned to divest the enterprises comprising the oilfield service holding company of JSOC Bashneft.
